Naruto Fanart, Dessert Blossom

This is an AU (alternate-universe)-type Sakura. Actually, it's a version of her from the MUX I play on [link] Sakura was kidnapped from her world during the second Chuunin exam. Enslaved for a few years after that, she had a stroke of luck and was able to escape her captors and free herself from the control collar in which they kept her bound and obedient.

Sakura escaped to the Badlands, a desert area largely populated by outlaws and refugees. There, she decided to make a new life for herself rather than wallow in being so alone and being a victim of circumstance. Sakura joined a faction called the Gunslingers-- a sort of law-enforcement/Knights in Black for the area. Since then, she's graduated to a full-fledged Knight and has recently discovered other ninja from her world in the area.

In this picture here, she's ~18 years old. As she's in the desert, she just chopped most of her hair off (and I have to say, the style looks really cute on her). Mmm, and she has watermelon ice to cool down with.
